  6. OFFICIALS INFO
    • All Event Officials can ONLY be Event Officials at an IKF Asia Sanctioned Event!
      • Officials CAN NOT work a corner for a fighter during a show they are an official on.
      • Officials CAN NOT work with fighters on the event they are officials on. This includes helping with hand wrapping, warming fighters up, etc. etc.
      • Officials of course CAN NOT be an official on a bout where they know or train one or both of the fighters. If you are an official and see a fighter that you know well on a bout you may be assigned to work, it is your duty and responsibility to EXCUSE yourself from the bout so that the event Representative can assign a replacement for you.
      • The IS NOT an issue about our TRUST in you as an IKF Asia Official. Of course we have great trust in your integrity or none of you would be an official with the IKF Asia. This is about the PERCEPTION of what others who are watching may think they are seeing. NONE of us can afford to be or want to be a victim of misunderstood PERCEPTION.
    • Event Representative
      • It is a Mandatory Requirement That ALL IKF Asia events have an IKF Asia appointed “Neutral” IKF Asia Event Representative in attendance at ALL IKF Asia Sanctioned Kickboxing Events. If the promoter does not suggest a local representative, the IKF Asia Headquarters will appoint a Neutral IKF Asia Event Representative for their event from their region.

      • (*) DEAR IKF Asia PROMOTERS… On these pages (IKF Asia EVENT Fighter Stat Pages) you will also find IKF Asia BOUT REGISTRATION FORMS. One for AMATEUR bouts and one for PRO bouts. (1 Page for each fighter) Please print & copy these pages off and use the forms apropriate for your event. Please mail “ALL” the necessary forms to the IKF Asia within 3 days after your event so the fighters who fought on your event can be officially registered into the IKF Asia Rankings and the IKF Asia can officially register your event.     • IKF Asia Fighter Suspension Form – For IKF Asia Event Representative
      • If any Fighter should be stopped by KO, TKO or suffer any kind of bout stopping injury or injury during their bout and requires any “Suspension Time” before fighting again, it is the responsibility of the IKF Asia Event Representative to serve such fighter a “Notice Of Suspension.” This notice can be printed off of this page: HERE.
    • IKF Asia Event Results Sheet – For IKF Asia Event Representative
      • IKF Asia Event Representatives: This form will be used by you (Event Representative) DURING the event. You can use it with your own laptop computer or print it out and use as a hard copy. (When printing, you can request the number of pages you desire to print out, depending on the number of bouts on the event.) Please list all event officials and event results on this form. This form is NOT TO REPLACE your e-mail submitted results for the IKF Asia News Page. This form is for your records for when you do the results, and to keep for yourself, as well as the promoters records (If he/she desires a copy) and the only paperwork you will send to the IKF Asia which can be e-mailed to the IKF Asia This form can be found HERE.
